Responsibilities

• Deliver “Sub Above” Service: lead the team with a friendly welcome, banter, and ensure every guest leaves happier than when they arrived.
• Own the Shift: manage details from start to finish, maintain food safety, speed, accuracy, and cash handling, and complete shift checklists.
• Keep it Spotless: uphold store presentation, cleanliness, and uniform standards to impress guests.
• Coach the Team: support and train crew to build skills and confidence for a true “Sub Above” experience.
• Set the Standard: ensure everyone understands and follows company guidelines and policies.
