Job summary

Taco Bell franchise is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader in New York to support the RGM by running great shifts and ensuring smooth operations. You will take ownership, solve problems, and guide team members to deliver excellent guest service while maintaining quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, strong numerical skills, and reliability. We offer benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong math, accounting, and analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs; requires standing for most of shift.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
