You'll handle day-to-day operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage shift tasks, and contribute to a positive, efficient dining experience. The role requires 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, 18+ and solid math/analytic skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong business math and analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to walk and lift up to 50 lbs and stand ~80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership, solve problems, and guide team as needed.
