Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise in New York. You will support the RGM by running efficient shifts, taking ownership of operations and guiding team members to deliver quality service.

This role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic math skills, and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction. Physical requirements include walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shifts and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the RGM by running great shifts and solving problems independently.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and quality standards throughout the shift.
