Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. franchise in New York seeks a Shift Leader to help run daily operations and support the Restaurant General Manager on shift. You will manage shifts, solve problems, and guide team members to deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities include ensuring smooth service, maintaining standards, and assisting with staffing and scheduling. Required is 1–3 years of supervisory experience, basic computer literacy, and a willingness to work physically demanding shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong business math and accounting skills, and analytical/decision-making ability
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs. and stand 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
