Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Commerce Township, MI is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will work closely with the General Manager to set team morale and tone, coach staff, and open/close the store with limited supervision. The role offers a flexible schedule, paid time off after 90 days, competitive pay with tips, and opportunities for career advancement, including potential growth to General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess or be able to obtain ServSafe Certification before leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food/beverages and a safe, clean store environment.
