Job summary

KwikFill in Butler, PA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the location Manager and develop into an Assistant Manager. This entry-level role supports daily store operations and takes on management tasks on weekends in the absence of the Manager.

You will help in training new employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards while following company policies.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Prior convenience store experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Offer appropriate customer service.
Greet all customers with a smile and hello.
Learn and operate the cash register and additional required equipment with accuracy.
Price, stock, and face merchandise; stocking includes gondolas, shelving, counters, walk-in coolers, upright coolers, and backroom storage areas.
Manage product storage, maintenance, and rotation activities; may lift up to 50 lbs to complete stocking requirements.
Maintain the store per Health Department rules and regulations; perform cleaning and upkeep tasks.
Follow all security and safety policies and procedures.
Account for all shift and daily transactions.
Be responsible for all cash and inventories in the absence of the Assistant Manager and Store Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or District Manager.
