Job summary

KwikFill is seeking a Shift Leader at our Warren, PA location to assist the Store Manager and develop into an Assistant Manager role. You will help run daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The position is entry-level with weekend management duties, requiring a High School diploma or GED and reliable transportation. No prior cashier experience is strictly required, but preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Dependable, independent transportation not relying on third parties.
• A working phone number for store contact.
• HS diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior convenience store experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet all customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to all customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register and additional required equipment with accuracy.
• Price, stock, and face merchandise.
• Maintain the store in accordance with maintenance policies and Health Department rules and regulations.
• Following all security and safety policies and procedures.
• Be responsible for all cash and inventories in the absence of the Assistant Manager and Store Manager.
• Learn and complete store required paperwork.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Store Manager or District Manager.
