Job summary

KwikFill in Westfield, PA is seeking a Shift Leader as an entry-level development role to learn to become an Assistant Manager. You will support the location Manager and work day-to-day responsibilities to run the store according to company policies.

You'll deliver friendly customer service, operate the register, stock shelves, handle cash, ensure safety compliance, and assist with training new team members. Expect lifting up to 50 lbs and weekend management coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation.
• Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Prior convenience store experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet customers with a smile and hello.
• Learn and operate the cash register and equipment.
• Price, stock, and face merchandise; stock shelves and backroom.
• Maintain store and comply with Health Department rules.
• Handle cash and daily transactions accurately.
• Assist in training new employees as needed.
• Be responsible for cash/inventories in manager's absence.
