You will assist with scheduling, labor management, and hitting sales goals while promoting a positive work environment. Growth opportunities lead toward Assistant Manager and General Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Ensure guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards.

• Help hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Monitor inventory, food prep, and product quality.
