Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Shift Leader to join Staab Management’s team in the Midwest. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining food quality and cleanliness.

You’ll help with scheduling, inventory, and sales goals, while onboarding new team members and promoting a positive, high-energy work environment. Prior leadership experience and reliable transportation are important for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Ensure great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and hitting sales goals.
• Help hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Monitor inventory, food prep, and product quality.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and 'inspection-ready' restaurant.
• Support marketing promotions and local store initiatives.
