Pizza Hut, a Staab Management Midwest franchise, is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead a small team. You will coach staff, ensure great guest service, maintain food quality, and help meet sales goals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Positive, high-energy attitude with a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.

• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
