Job summary

Columbia Forest Products in Wisconsin seeks a highly engaged Team Lead for the 2nd shift Grading Team to guide, coach, and improve frontline manufacturing.

You will assign work, train using Job Instruction methods, monitor performance, enter data, and support Lean Daily Management while participating in leadership development programs.

This salaried exempt role offers $65,000–$70,000 base plus a $5,000 shift differential; Columbia Forest Products is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Supervisory and manufacturing experience preferred but trainable.
• Leadership Qualification Program (LQP), Job Relations (JR) and Job Instruction (JI) trainings required.
• Previous leadership exposure in a manufacturing/production environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the 2nd shift Grading Team Members.
• Train and develop each team member to standard using Job Instruction-Training (JI) methods.
• Coach and mentor team members; monitor performance and provide feedback.
