Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior food service and supervisory experience required.
• Experience directing a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports to meet quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Serve as the contact person for employee inquiries and time-off requests.
