Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant staff and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will deliver top-notch customer service and help ensure facilities run smoothly. You will support managers, handle shift tasks, and maintain food quality and cleanliness.

A strong team player who can adapt to a fast-paced environment is essential. This role requires availability nights, days, weekends, and holidays, with pay starting at $14.95 to $22.22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the restaurant.
• Respond to the needs of customers with excellent service.
• Assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.
