Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team. This role focuses on delivering quality customer service and food products while supporting management responsibilities.

You will work under the Assistant Manager and General Manager, learning operations and leading a team to uphold standards across the store. The ideal candidate has 1+ year supervisory experience in food service or retail, is at least 18, and can pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ year experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must pass a background check.
• English fluency may be essential for certain stations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
