Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager in Council Bluffs, IA to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality service and food safety standards. You will support and learn from the Assistant Manager and General Manager while coordinating with team members to meet guest expectations.

Requirements include being 18+, 1+ year supervising in food service or retail, ability to pass a background check, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Fluency in English; clear communication for customer service stations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
