Zaxbys is seeking a Shift Leader in Elizabeth City, NC to manage shift operations, supervise staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will train team members, delegate tasks, and uphold quality, safety, and service standards during each shift.

This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and the ability to respond to guest concerns with a positive, proactive approach, while supporting opening/closing procedures and daily inventory checks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Follows company standards and local laws with regards to employee time punches.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of high-performance and train and coach team members to meet all company standards.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members and communicate performance concerns to your General Manager.
• Prioritize the guest and team member experience and resolve complaints and concerns in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Delegate tasks to team members and supervise performance during a shift.
• Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with all guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
