Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check per law.
• Must obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred; required at certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and maintain store operations.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to maintain quality and teamwork.
• Ensure food and beverage quality and a safe, clean store environment.
