Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader to guide operations in a fast-paced smoothie bar. You will help guests choose smoothies and retail products that support healthy living while supervising team members in the GM's absence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
