Einstein Bros Bagels in Dearborn, MI is hiring a Shift Leader to guide daily operations and guest experience. You’ll work with the General Manager to motivate the team, maintain quality, and ensure a clean, safe store environment while you lead by example.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (preferred but not always required).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to set morale and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure quality of the food and beverages we serve and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
