Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Troy, Michigan is seeking a Shift Leader to drive guest satisfaction by coaching the team, coordinating with the General Manager, and maintaining a safe, clean store. You will open and close shifts and help set the mood and morale for the crew.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check in accordance with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license (location-dependent).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to set morale and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Opportunity to rise and grow within the company, with many GMs starting as Shift Leaders.
