Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Coppell, Texas. You will work with the General Manager to motivate the team, uphold guest experience, and model excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Driver’s license preferred but not always required at all locations.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with little supervision.
