Qualifications

• QSR experience preferred but not required.
• Desire to lead and motivate a team.
• Willing to train new employees and ensure quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts.
• Train and coach new employees.
• Inspect equipment and communicate repairs to management.
• Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Address customer and employee complaints.
