Jersey Mike's MC Branded is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in the Rochester/Buffalo area, with opportunities for growth. You will lead team members, manage shifts, and ensure quality service and safety standards while maintaining a positive work environment.

We offer training, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and benefits for those working 30+ hours per week. Prior QSR experience is a plus, and a commitment to outstanding guest experiences is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts
• Train and coach new employees
• Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management

• Ensure health and safety standards are followed
• Address customer and employee complaints
• Resolve conflicts between workers
• Foster and maintain a positive work environment
