Responsibilities

• Shift Managers lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Meet targets and uphold McDonald’s standards for quality, service, safety and cleanliness.
• Oversee tasks like food safety, inventory, scheduling, training and coaching.
