Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a shift manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Monitor shift performance, safety, security, and profitability actions.
• Plan for each shift and communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth operations.
