McDonald’s is hiring Shift Managers (part-time and full-time) in a fast-paced restaurant setting. You will lead shifts, manage crew, and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness while promoting from within and offering growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance and safety.
• Coach and develop crew and other managers during a shift.
