McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead weekly shifts, directing Crew and fellow managers to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service at every visit.

The role emphasizes food safety, communication, inventory, maintenance, staff scheduling, training, and consistent quality. Prior leadership in hospitality or retail is preferred; must be 18 or older and ready to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience, preferably in restaurant/retail/hospitality.
• Ability to lead a team and meet targets.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
