Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts and peak hours.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Food Safety: oversee safe food handling and preparation.
• Internal Communication: relay updates between shifts and teams.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels and ordering.
• Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness: ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
• Managing Crew: lead and develop staff on shift.
• Quality Food Production: maintain high standards of food quality.
• Exceptional Customer Service: ensure a positive guest experience.
• Scheduling: plan and coordinate shift coverage.
• Training: onboard and coach team members.
