Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly shifts and ensure fast, accurate and friendly guest experiences.
• Oversee crew and other managers during shifts; monitor quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets and support department goals during shifts.
