Job summary

WKS Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations on assigned shifts. You will lead a team, ensure fast service, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards while supporting daily sales and labor goals.

Responsibilities include training crew, managing cash handling, and enforcing company policies. Must be 18+, with HS diploma and strong communication skills. Evening/weekend availability required in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience.
• Leadership or shift-lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with basic cash handling and POS experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with training, coaching and developing crew to meet performance goals.
• Enforce uniform, grooming and safety standards.
• Manage cash handling, tills reconciliation and secure cash controls.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness and compliance with policies and brand standards.
