Einstein Bros Bagels in Naples, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team, uphold quality, and ensure a great guest experience. You’ll work with the General Manager, open and close the store, and coach teammates to keep standards high.

This role offers a flexible schedule, no evenings or nights, paid time off after 90 days, competitive pay with tips, and opportunities to grow into higher leadership positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state driver's license and meet driving qualifications.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of the food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store.
• Grow your career from Shift Leader toward higher leadership roles.
