Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a proactive Shift Leader in San Antonio, TX. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate and coach the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold food quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to set morale, tone, and guest experience.
