Job summary

Bruegger’s Bagels in Stow, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to help supervise daily operations and maintain guest satisfaction. You will partner with the General Manager to motivate the team, ensure quality, and deliver a great guest experience.

This role offers a flexible schedule, hours starting early with no evenings or nights, paid time off after 90 days, and opportunities to grow with Bagel Brands. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations).

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
• Growing career path: many Shift Leaders advance to General Manager roles.
