Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a motivated shift leader to support the restaurant’s RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. You will take ownership, solve problems, and provide guidance to teammates to ensure fast, friendly service and smooth operations.

Requirements include 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility, basic computer literacy, and being at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
