Job summary

Taco Bell in New York State is seeking a Shift Lead to drive shifts with energy and ownership. You will coach Team Members, resolve customer concerns, and partner with the GM on business initiatives to lift service and sales.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in restaurant/retail, 3 months lead experience preferred, and strong communication, math and leadership skills. The role features competitive hourly pay, flexible schedules, and advancement potential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transport.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Basic math and cash handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and guide Team Members; provide feedback to GM.
• Assist with hiring, training and performance reviews.
• Manage cash controls, inventory and labor; support P&L tasks.
• Oversee food prep, safety, quality, and holding times.
• Ensure health and safety standards and a clean restaurant.
• Provide positive experiences for teammates and customers.
