Job summary

AMNJ Ent Inc., a locally owned Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee store operations, lead the team, and uphold high customer service standards with a strong focus on quality. The role involves staffing, managing costs, and developing team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You’ll participate in all store duties, including food preparation to Domino’s specifications, inventory control, order taking, and driving delivery when required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to deliver when needed.
• Experience: Leadership Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and customer service.
• Staff store, manage costs, and develop team members.
• Prepare all Domino’s menu items to spec (pizzas, pastas, wings, desserts, sandwiches, sides).
• Stock ingredients using FIFO and rotate stock.
• Take and process orders in person or by phone and assist with carside delivery.
• Daily cleaning and sanitation.
