Domino’s Pizza, a leading pizza delivery brand, is seeking a team member to assist in daily operations, sales coordination, and customer service excellence. You will help manage high-volume shifts, greet customers, take orders, and support food quality and cleanliness standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, cash handling, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass applicable Company background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management and customers, take and process orders.
• Superb ability to multi-task.
• Ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to take orders over the counter or phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Ability to lead the team on duty!

• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Greets customers and takes orders professionally and promptly.
• Provides excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers.
• Helps support shift management and communicates daily assignments.
• Oversees cash handling and daily reports.
• Adheres to food safety, waste tracking, and cost control practices.
• Builds loyal customers through friendly interactions and appreciation.
