Job summary

AMNJ Ent Inc., a Domino's Pizza franchise in Beloit, WI, is seeking a Shift Leader to help run our store, supervise team members, ensure top customer service, and maintain product quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will staff the store, manage costs, and train team members while delivering friendly, accurate service in person and by phone. This role offers full-time or part-time hours with a starting pay up to $15 per hour and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to deliver when needed.
• Leadership Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare all products to Domino's Pizza specs (pizza, pasta, wings, deserts, sandwiches, sides).
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage using FIFO.
• Take orders in person or over the phone and assist customers.
• Deliver product by car when needed and assist with food service tasks.
• Daily cleaning and sanitation tasks.
