Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Part-time: 9–28 hours/week; Full-time: 32–40 hours/week.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Follows company standards and local laws with regards to employee time punches.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Technological savvy; knowledge of required company software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of high-performance and train and coach team members to meet all company standards.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members and communicate performance concerns to your General Manager.
• Prioritize the guest and team member experience and resolve complaints and concerns in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Create and maintain a positive culture and healthy team morale through recognition and leading by example.
• Communicate shift goals and motivate team members to meet goals and perform to their highest ability level.
• Delegate tasks to team members and supervise performance during a shift.
• Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with all Zax LLC guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring that team members satisfy and exceed guest expectations.
• Receive and reconcile truck deliveries, ensure product is properly stocked, and complete daily inventory counts.
• Manage food production and quality by monitoring prep, cooking, and holding processes and taking corrective action when necessary.
• Track food safety and quality throughout the shift and ensure guests receive accurate orders that meet company standards.
• Plan shift duties and ensure opening and closing duties are complete.
• Collaborate with management team to develop goals and report progress.
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed daily.
• Follow company cash management policies.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and guidelines.
• Utilize management tools and keep neat, accurate records.
• Maintain flexibility to exceed role parameters.
• Ensure the team works safely and follows all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Report human resources and risk concerns to management.
• Escalate concerns to supervisors when appropriate.
• All other duties necessary to ensure restaurant operations function properly.
