Qualifications

• Leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our Owner Operator restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for safety, security, and profitability, and develop the team.
