Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Food safety oversight and daily maintenance.
• Internal communication across shifts and teams.
• Inventory management and supply checks.
• Manage crew performance and scheduling.
• Ensure quality food production and service.
• Uphold safety and security standards.
• Provide training and coaching to staff.
