Job summary

Cheba Hut is seeking a Shift Leader in Denver, CO to oversee daily shop operations, ensure food quality and safety, and foster a positive, high-performing team environment. You will train staff, model proper behavior, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.

This role provides flexibility with schedules and a clear path to advancement. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, 2 years of restaurant ops experience, and food safety training.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years restaurant operations experience in quick service or fast casual.
• Must be certified through Cheba Hut trainers training program; food safety training per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shop operations to ensure food quality and safety standards.
• Lead by example and develop the team through training and feedback.
• Perform opening, closing, and shift change duties per SOPs; manage cash handling and deposits.
