Einstein Bros Bagels in Orlando, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. You will motivate the crew, coach teammates, and help ensure a great guest experience while opening and closing the store with minimal supervision.

We offer a flexible schedule, paid time off after probation, and real opportunities to grow from Shift Leader to General Manager. A high school diploma and being 18+ are required, with ServSafe certification and background check clearance expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of, or ability to acquire, a valid driver's license (location dependent).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.
