Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager, motivate the team, and ensure a great guest experience. The role involves opening and closing with minimal supervision and keeping the store safe and clean.

You’ll be part of a team that values work-life balance, with no evenings or nights, flexible hours, and competitive pay with tips. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma, pass background checks, and obtain ServSafe certification before leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred and required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little supervision.
• Ensure food and beverage quality and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
