Job summary

Taco Bell, a franchisee of Taco Bell, is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in the Syracuse area. Candidates should have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, be at least 18, and possess basic math and computer skills, with the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision‑making skill.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts and support the Restaurant General Manager.
• Take ownership and solve problems; seek help when appropriate.
• Provide guidance and supervision to team members during shifts.
• Contribute to delivering fast, friendly service and maintaining store standards.
