Job summary

Firehouse Subs in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Shift Lead to assist the General Manager in daily operations and to drive exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on supervising team members, maintaining food quality and safety, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will manage cash transactions, operate the POS system, and support open/close procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
