Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Forney, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily shift operations, support a dynamic team, and ensure excellent customer service. This full-time role keeps you active on-site and involved in fast-paced customer care.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips. Paid training, promotion opportunities, and a benefits package help you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
