Jimmy John's | High Performance Hospitality is seeking self-motivated individuals to join its Go-Getters management culture. As a Shift Leader (PIC) you will help with day-to-day operations, provide world-class service, ensure fast and accurate sandwich preparation, train and supervise your team, and maintain a clean restaurant.

This in-person, full-time role requires delivering strong guest relations, directing multiple shifts (day, evening, night, weekends), and upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, fast-food, or related fields.
• Strong leadership skills that drive team performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute quality store operations and deliver exceptional customer and store experience.
• Improve guest satisfaction by understanding and exceeding expectations.
• Train, supervise, and assist team members.
• Ensure orders are fast, accurate, and consistent with brand standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance per dress code.
• Comply with food safety, sanitation, and security guidelines.
• Operate POS with proper cash handling.
• Operate food preparation machinery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Foster teamwork with a positive, enthusiastic approach.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
